Starting in 2018, Care Dynamics supported Erasmus MC with developing Integral Capacity Management in the hospital. All levels of capacity management have been developed. Capacity management has been implemented in both different planning horizons (Strategic, Tactical and Operational) as through the different treament entities in the patient's treatment journey.
