The organization
Care Dynamics' corporate headquarters is located in The Hague, the Netherlands. It is supported by international business units, geographically located according to their specific function. Each business unit is managed by a Care Dynamics executive, or is based on an exclusive partnership. In addition to its zonal sales, marketing and customer service responsibilities, each business unit doubles as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for specific areas of expertise. As such, a business unit is also responsible for developing the company's strength and domain knowledge in its own CoE area, while sharing know-how and expert resources with the rest of the organization:
- The EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) unit operates out of The Hague, The Netherlands, and is Care Dynamics' CoE for Patient Logistics and General Healthcare
- The Americas unit operates out of Dallas, Texas, USA, and is Care Dynamics' CoE for Optimisation and Advanced Planning & Scheduling
- A functional R&D unit operates out of Jaipur, India, under an outsourcing agreement with Girnarsoft Pvt. Ltd. acting as Care Dynamics' CoE for software development and decision support tools
- Care Dynamics is considering adding an Asian business unit in the future, operating from Singapore.
The company headquarter in the Netherlands is further responsible for Corporate Services, including Business Development and Technology Strategy.
